Let yourself be seduced

Tiramisu speculoos and coffee

A delicious dessert for coffee lovers. Let yourself be seduced by the exquisite taste of tiramisu and L'OR ESPRESSO combined with speculoos - a Belgian-style biscuit that is much like a Biscoff or a gingernut biscuit.

The delicious combination of coffee, Belgian speculoos biscuits, and strawberries or raspberries makes for a tremendous treat. Would you like to surprise someone who is having dinner at your place? Then you can be sure that this raspberry speculoos tiramisu is a truly delicious dessert. Make this speculoos tiramisu recipe yourself.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

For 2 people

  • 50 grams of speculoos biscuits

  • 20 ml of L'OR ESPRESSO Ristretto 11 coffee (1 capsule)

  • 150 grams of Crema per Tiramisu (Tiramisu base)

  • A bowl of fresh raspberries and strawberries

Preparation tiramisu speculoos

  1. Cut the speculoos biscuits into small pieces and prepare a cup of L'OR ESPRESSO Ristretto 11 coffee. Use 1 capsule.

  2. Drop a tablespoon of crumbled cookies and a teaspoon of coffee into the two glasses.

  3. Use a piping bag to add a layer of Crema per Tiramisu on top of the crumbled cookies. Add another tablespoon of cookie crumbles and a teaspoon of coffee, then another layer of tiramisu.

  4. Add a final layer of crumbled cookies on top and garnish with some raspberries and strawberries.

If you want to give your own twist to the tiramisu speculoos recipe, this is of course entirely possible. For an extra layer between the speculoos biscuits you can also do the following. You could crush the strawberries and raspberries with a fork in a bowl. This then becomes a kind of berry sauce that you can add as an extra layer to the tiramisu with speculoos. This is one way you can completely customise your own raspberry speculoos tiramisu.

Would you rather not have raspberries in the tiramisu? Then you can leave the raspberries out. You can choose to make a strawberry speculoos tiramisu without adding raspberries. The best thing about this recipe is that you can completely customize it.

Maybe you like tiramisu and coffee but prefer decaffeinated coffee, that's no problem either. You can use one of our decaf capsules to add to the tiramisu speculoos recipe.

Tip: Tiramisu with speculoos can be served with a cup of coffee. As there is a small amount of coffee in the tiramisu, an extra cup of coffee will taste delicious with this dessert. View all our coffee capsules and select the one you like best.
