You only need five ingredients! The Ristretto 11 goes perfectly with chocolate. Add your favorite coffee liqueur to give your personal touch to the truffles. A personalized gift for a special someone, but be warned: once you've tasted these coffee truffles, you probably won't want to share them again.

150 milliliters whipped cream
30 milliliters L'OR ESPRESSO COFFEE Ristretto (1 capsule)
600 grams dessert chocolate
60 milliliters coffee liqueur
150 grams amaretti biscuits (crumbled)

Brew a cup of L'OR ESPRESSO coffee Ristretto. Use 1 capsule.

Place the whipped cream and 30 milliliters of coffee in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Cut the dessert chocolate. Place the chocolate chunks in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot whipped cream and coffee mixture over the chocolate.

Place the bowl in a saucepan filled with boiling water and mix until the mixture is liquid and smooth.

Remove the bowl from the pan and mix in the coffee liqueur. Let the mixture cool for 15 minutes at room temperature and then place the bowl in the fridge.

Let the mixture cool for 1h30 to 2h until it has become solid. Stir occasionally.

Place the crumbled amaretti biscuits in a shallow dish. Crush the pieces.

Roll teaspoons of the chocolate mixture into balls and then roll the balls into the amaretti cookies. Crush the pieces.

Let the balls harden in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Serve them with a powerful L'OR ESPRESSO coffee Ristretto.
