A gourmet and mouthwatering espresso
Glass: Deep cut
Decoration: mint stem and red pepper threads
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 dried fig
100 ml condensed milk
50 ml milk
30 ml coconut cream
3/4 cup crushed ice
1 dose L'OR Espresso Forza or 1 serving L'OR Espresso Splendente
1 green cardamom seed
1 slab of dark chocolate

Make chocolate shavings using a grater or knife.

Slice the fig as thinly as possible. Keep one slice a little wider than the others aside.

Place the fig pieces, condensed milk, milk and crushed ice in the blender. Blend until you get a thick and smooth mixture.

Pour the mixture into the wine glass.

Carefully place the chocolate shavings and fig slice at the top of the glass, on top of the cold drink.

Pour the espresso or coffee into the cup.

Gently break up the green cardamom seed with your fingers.

Place the broken cardamom on top of the espresso or coffee and let it steep.

Serve and enjoy this cocktail in two glasses (hot and cold).
