Cold Cappuccino
Geniet van een heerlijke ijskoffie die je zelf thuis kunt maken. Je kan deze iced cappuccino maken op warme zomerdagen of wanneer je zin hebt in een koud drankje. Het recept voor een iced cappuccino kan je gemakkelijk thuis maken en zo hoef je niet meer speciaal naar de winkel of de plaatselijke koffiebar te lopen. En je wordt meteen thuis een echte barista met weinig ingrediënten en kan al je gasten verrassen met een heerlijke koffie. Wie wil dat nou niet?

Ingredients to make Iced Cappuccino
- 2 shots of espresso, try L'OR Colombia
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- Nutmeg powder
- Whipped cream
- You’ll need:
- L’OR Compatible Machine
- 2 350 ml glasses
- 1 Milk jug
- 1 Milk frother
How to make cold cappuccino
- Turn on your coffee capsule machine and let it warm up
- Insert a coffee capsule and put a container that will hold two shots of espresso under the brew head. Brew the first shot of espresso and then repeat for the second shot.
- Put 1 tablespoon of sugar in the espresso and stir it
- Stir 200 ml of cold milk into the sweetened espresso
- Chill the glass in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Pour the remaining 50 ml of milk into the milk jug
- Froth the milk until it forms a thick and creamy froth
- Remove the coffee from the fridge and divide evenly into 2 serving glasses
- Top each coffee with some of the frothed milk
- Now add a spoonful of whipped cream to your cold cappuccino
- Garnish with the nutmeg powder
