Candied Ginger Espresso
Transform your espresso into a tantalizing treat with a surprising ginger twist.
Glass: Short, wide base glass
Garnish: candied ginger slice, mint sprig, dark chocolate shavings
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 1 shot L'OR Espresso Forza
- 1 shot milk foam
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1-2 teaspoons ginger syrup
- 1 slice candied ginger
- 1 slab dark chocolate
- Shave the dark chocolate with a grater or knife.
- Foam up some milk as you would for a cappuccino.
- Pour the espresso shot into the glass.
- Pour the milk foam shot into the glass.
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into the glass.
- Drizzle ginger syrup over the ice cream, to taste.
- Garnish with the candied ginger slice, mint sprig and chocolate shavings.
- Serve and enjoy.
