Candied Ginger Espresso

Transform your espresso into a tantalizing treat with a surprising ginger twist.

Glass: Short, wide base glass

Garnish: candied ginger slice, mint sprig, dark chocolate shavings

Prep time: 5 minutes


  • 1 shot L'OR Espresso Forza
  • 1 shot milk foam
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 teaspoons ginger syrup
  • 1 slice candied ginger
  • 1 slab dark chocolate


  1. Shave the dark chocolate with a grater or knife.
  2. Foam up some milk as you would for a cappuccino.
  3. Pour the espresso shot into the glass.
  4. Pour the milk foam shot into the glass.
  5. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into the glass.
  6. Drizzle ginger syrup over the ice cream, to taste.
  7. Garnish with the candied ginger slice, mint sprig and chocolate shavings.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
