Machine + Coffee Bundle - L'OR BARISTA Sublime

Really happy with this purchase, coffee machine looks good and makes great coffee, fits shops own brand coffee pods too as well as L’or and nespresso which is a big plus. The coffee is hotter than previous coffee makers I have had, crema on top of the coffee doesn’t last as long as with a nespresso machine, but coffee is fabulous regardless. I would recommend.

My parents have used their coffee machine multiple times a day for years, so they are due a new one. I (stupidly) purchased the wrong colour and contacted the company about my issue - they advised me on the quickest way to return the item and get my money refunded so I could order the correct colour,. kept in contact with me throughout the process and genuinely couldn't have been more helpful. When I ordered the new machine, my courier accidentally delivered it to the wrong destination - again, L'Or / JDE were extremely helpful and communicated with me and the courier to ensure it was retrieved and delivered to me the following day. The coffee machines and capsules are 10/10 quality and this company provides amazing customer service, I would receive to anyone.

Excellent machine, simple to use and the coffee is perfection. Would recommend over the Nespresso machines
