What is the L'OR Subscription Plan about?
"With the L'OR machine subscription you can have the quality and variety of your favourite coffees automatically delivered to your home in just a few simple steps! You can choose between the L'OR BARISTA SUBLIME machine range of varying colour designs or the L'OR BARISTA SUBLIME including a milk frother. Depending on your daily consumption, you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.
What are the costs?
To join our program, we are offering you a machine for free. Depending on which plan you choose, the recurring charge varies:
  • Casual: delivered and invoiced € 79,96 every 4 months (equivalent of € 19,99 monthly)
  • Passionate: delivered and invoiced € 74,97 every 3 months (equivalent of € 24,99 monthly)
  • Connoisseur (incl. milk frother): delivered and invoiced € 89,97 every 3 months (equivalent of € 29,99 monthly)
What are the estimated delivery times?
Your first order will be delivered 3-5 business days after you have signed up for your coffee plan. Depending on your chosen coffee plan, your subsequent recurring orders will be delivered every 3 or 4 months.
Example: Your first order is placed on the 10th and the standard delivery 3-5 business days will apply. Recurring order: your payment will be taken on the 10th calendar day of the following 3 or 4 months depending on your coffee plan. Once the payment has gone through successfully your order will be processed and delivered to you within the standard delivery time frame of 3-5 business days.
Can I easily adjust my coffee plan?
It is not possible to adjust your coffee plan once you have subscribed for a Casual, Passionate or Connoisseur specific coffee plan. You are able to change your coffee selection per delivery.
Can I easily adjust my coffee selection per delivery?
You can change your selection per delivery, depending on your plan that means every 3 or 4 months.
You have the possibility to adjust your coffee selection until the next shipment date. You can do this within the L'OR My Account section after logging in. Click here to log in. After you login to My Account you will find the Manage coffee plan item in the Account Details section. Here you will find your coffee plan order, where you can manage your upcoming orders.
Can I cancel my coffee plan?
When subscribing to the program, you agree to participate for a year. A cancellation is possible via our customer care team and comes with a cancellation fee, which is variable and related to the coffee plan you have chosen.
The fee will be based on the remaining value of the machine for 1 year. As an example; you have subscribed for the Casual Plan and you would like to terminate your coffee plan after six months. The retail price of the L'OR BARISTA SUBLIME Piano Noir is €100, therefore your fee will be €50 (6 months/12 months * €100); for the Connoisseur Plan the retail price is €179.99 (L'OR BARISTA SUBLIME + Milk Frother retail price) therefore your cancellation fee after 6 months will be €90 (6 months/12 months * €179.99).
Does the coffee machine belong to me after a year?
Yes, it does!
Can I choose the frequency of my orders?
The frequency is fixed for each plan: every 4 months for Casual and every 3 months for Passionate and Connoisseur .
Why do I need to create an account?
It’s important we update you throughout the coffee plan program about the status of your planned order. Additionally, by creating an account you will be able to update your choices, monitor the status of your coffee plan and receive offers and inspirational coffee articles.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs for you up to your final L'OR Machine Subscription payment.
Who can subscribe?
The coffee plans are available to persons over the age of 18 years with a delivery address in Ireland with a limit of one plan per person.
Which payment methods can be used for Subscriptions?
You can subscribe for one of the L'OR plans if you have a creditcard. A creditcard is the only legitimate payment as we need to withdrawl the subcription amount from your bank account every 3 or 4 months automatically. Please make sure that your creditcard is valid for another year once you subscribe for a L'OR Subscription Plan.
My L'OR Subscription seems to be cancelled. What can I do?
Your creditcard probably got expired. If that is the case, we have sent you an email to update your payment details. In case you don’t update your payment details within the set 14 days, your L'OR Machine Subscription gets cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply according to the terms and conditions of the L'OR Subscription Plans. If your creditcard is not expired, please contact customer care.
